It’s British Cheese Week the last week of September, so let’s all celebrate it and eat a great variety of British Cheeses.

The British Cheese Festival is held again this year at Cardiff Castle on the 24th & 25th September 2011.

Colin Anstey was judging at the British Cheese Awards yesterday in Oxford and is well ‘cheesed’ out having tasted 30 different varieties of varying qualities, flavours and aromas.
